This was my first time at Northland Dental and I must say, everything went like clockwork. There was no dilly-dallying which is just the way I like it. Dr. Mancin and his staff have been taking care of our family for over 10 years. They have always done a wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and caring. My kids actually look forward to their cleanings! They have upgraded their technology. Gone are the days of being picked to death with the metal scraper. Now, a device that uses high pressure water is used to clean your teeth. They have replaced traditional film X-rays with a digital X-ray system. The oral device that is placed in your mouth is much smaller and more comfortable. You no longer have to wait for films to be processed and hung

I wasn't sure what to expect what with the new COVID-19 precautions. They have a sign on the door explaining that only two patients may be in the waiting room at a time, masks to be worn until you are seated in the exam chair, etc... I think a sign next to it with something like "READ THIS BEFORE ENTERING" in large print might be helpful. At the reception desk my temperature was taken (using a non-touch scanner) and I was asked questions about my health and potential exposure to COVID 19. I had arrived about 10 minutes early and sat in the waiting area until the actual appointment time. As usual
