This place is a total joke. First of all, They tell us it will be between 4 PM and 6 PM before they got here. Six hours later they show up. The technician is nice enough, he is here for 30 minutes and the part cost $20. The technician leaves and I got a phone call from the dispatch saying the bill is $220. So, the guy makes $440 an hour? I'm in the wrong business.
