Tender Hearts at Home Senior Care was founded to enable seniors to remain at home for as long as possible. Our constant mission to provide the highest quality, most reliable home care service has allowed us to successfully operate Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky's preferred brand in home care while maintaining an intimate and personal rapport with each of our clients.
The caregiver work is slower paced, One-On-One Care, and often times less hectic a pace and demanding than Nursing Home/Facility and Hospital work. Tender Hearts at Home Senior Care has excellent opportunities for Caregivers, STNAs, CNAs, and HHAs across the Cincinnati, South Dayton, and Northern Kentucky areas.
Our caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified and carefully selected individuals who are personally and thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. Most importantly our caregivers are dependable and extraordinarily caring of others. In addition to their previous experience, our caregivers receive continuous training that includes a specialized curriculum exclusive to Tender Hearts At Home Senior Care.
The first step in our process is a Free In-Home Assessment where care will be rendered. During the meeting we learn about you, your family, and the type of care your family member needs. We also answer any questions you may have related to senior care options. If appropriate, we will work with you to build an in-home care plan for your loved one.
We listen to you and your needs and have you and your family participate in the selection of the right caregiver. Special patented time keeping system where all caregivers must check in and out from their clients home phone. Many of our Clients have memory issues, some have formal diagnoses of Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Our Dad was ill and we needed someone 24 hours a day. I remember saying at the time, it can’t be this easy. I’m an RN, and have worked in many nursing homes. I know how hard the work is; and how difficult it is to get caring people to work with the sick and elderly Pat arrived and immediately took over, in her motherly but professional way. She was wonderful with Dad – and he was very happy.

No stars this company is horrible they do not care about their clients or employees, the director of the company is very rude to women that work for him. Don’t work here you will not get any benefits or time off. and they don’t care about anything just as long as they don’t have to come out to the houses and work. Don’t take them on to care for your family they don’t have enough staff to care for your family they will tell you to bring in other company’s to help because they can’t fulfill your needs . A WASTE

The worse company I ever worked for. It was no Guaranteed hours and they fired me for going to orientation for another company for more hours to keep up my bills. I was struggling and falling behind trying to work for them 3 hour shifts with far travels they fired me while I was finishing orientation at another company Sharon mailed me a 7.19 check and kept 107. I worked for nothing and was charged for things I didnt even do I will never work for a company like that again. I advice no one to work for them they don't even get 1 star from me!
