Mary is a god send. I had all but given up on finding the house of my dreams until she found it for us. She helped us prepare for our move and gave us every scenario possible on what could happen between here and there. She even recommended a realtor in Florida for us. Through the time we had between questions to actually putting our house on the market, wishing us well with our move, and everything in between; we would recommend Mary Todd to any one. She really cares about her clients

First of all, we are not local; this is a 2 hour North move for us. Mary Todd Ashbrook came highly recommended to us. And when we called and she was there for us with quick return calls and short notice showings and even got us showing appointments on little notice. We looked at homes from late March until we made our May 31st. offer for the home we bought and now live in 37days later. I had insurance through them for years and when I was refinancing house I come to find out that I was paying nearly triple on premiums through them. They are frauds and not ethical at all and didn't seems to care to rectify the situation or reimburse any money which they got 10s of thousand of dollars.
Additional; they did reach out may insurance was originally done through hicks insurance so they are right however they did by the policy at some one and were still charging outrageous premiums and the person how owned hicks insurance when I went to cancel my insurance I was told works for this
