The best way to tell that you have a clogged drain is if the water is slow to drain, even when the faucet is on a low volume.

Pretty poor experience. I asked for a quote to fix a leaking hot water faucet. The tech came in immediately said that all 3 values hot, cold and diverter needed to be changed without even testing or unscrewing the hot water to see what's going on. He quoted a very high rate for the simple job that he mentioned and then said we would go from there to see what else needs to be done. I would expect a plumber to at a minimum test the hot water first to have some clue of the issue. He didn't even do that.

Honesty and professionalism is what I expect from a plumbing company and this business offers that.
I called Mr. Pipes for a clogged toilet and shower drain. They responded the same day and at the time stated. This is a big deal for me as I like to deal with punctual people. I explained the reason for the late Call and they stated they would look at the drains to make sure everything was fixed properly the first time.
Well they offered a temporary fix at a very cheap price and stated it would fix it for a good amount of time but the problem would resurface. I decided that I didn't want

I had a clogged sink in my kitchen - they responded quickly and said they'd call me 30 minutes before they arrived. I was sitting in my house and looked outside hours before they were supposed to arrive and saw a truck pull into my driveway. Luckily I was there or I would've missed the appointment.
At first, they quoted me $75 for an average sink clog, but when the worker got inside he said it would be $150 instead. This is frustrating since it's double what I was quoted originally but the worker said it would be more since it was a difficult clog so I said okay and
