Contacted them to see if they potentially have someone available to help assist with a gas fireplace and the gentleman I spoke with immediately responded stating they did not have anyone available and hung up. There was no offering of other options for availability of next day or end of week. Poor service and unprofessional.

I had a great experience with the 24 Hour Plumbing Texas company ! They were quicker and less expensive than the other companies I had called. The tech, did a great job, plus was friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend the 24 Hour Plumbing Texas service as they were recommended to me especially in emergency plumber or professional plumbing . Great work!

I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!!
