I wish I could provide feedback on their work. I called to schedule a repair. Was told they would be out the following day. I year nothing, no calls to reschedule, nothing. I called the day after that and was told I was on the schedule for that day and they would call when on the way. Again, no call, no show. Was it something I said?

Technician Perez arrives on time, very polite and considerate, keeps in touch if materials delayed - excellent. Company give a fair quote and stick to the price until the job is complete to customer satisfaction, without any fuss. Highly recommended.

Ian and Eric at David Hick's plumbing provided excellent service this morning. When the task became more complex than originally thought, they executed Plan B efficiently.
Last week, Ian unclogged a drain that other plumbers had not successfully unclogged for years. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained things very clearly and executed the work quickly. He also diagnosed an additional problem I asked him about and made an appointment to come back and do that work.

We've been using David Hicks Plumbing for roughly the past five years. They've always done excellent work at a reasonable price. They're not the biggest company, so it can occasionally be hard to get them out on a moment's notice -- but they'll do their best to get you on the day's schedule in an emergency. We've used them for leaking pipes in the attic (which was today's service), garbage disposal installations, new sink faucets, outdoor faucets, and more. We've always been satisfied.
