I am a student at medcerts. I hadn't gotten paid yet so they tried to hit my account there wasn't enough money so the payment declined. They then hit my account for lesser amount until it finally let it go through for my last 20 dollars.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Stay away. I was given a total balance. I have talked to some reps after I made a payment and confirmed by left over balance of $765.31 then I have other reps tell me that I have a balance of $873.52. A rep gave me the portal to check and it reflects the balance of $765.31 then the other portal shows $873.52. After my payment it should have left a balance of $765.31 but yet this is not reflecting and they continue to say i owe $873.52. Please see the attachment. Nobody has been able to rectify the issue. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a dental practice in the Midwest with multiple locations and multiple specialties. I initially started my relationship with Cleargage last year using their payment accelerator and it has been a huge improvement with my overall collections. We were typically only seeing 40%-50% collection rate but since we started with Cleargage it's gone up to over 80% consistently. I've since moved all my payment processing and payment estimation to Cleargage as well.

Our practice has been overall happy with Cleargate so far. We use their Connect program which had simplified billing process and has lead to increased collection rates with our patients.
The process to get started was Easy and their employees are always nice when the staff calls in.

Providers beware. They try to say that there is a 90 day cancelation policy, which is stated nowhere in the contract. Then they charge your account more than the monthly maintence fee after your account has been canceled.

Providers beware. They will take 40-60% and tell you as long as you get 10% of money from patient you are safe with what they pay you. NOT TRUE. not only do they take onerous amount but when patient misses a payment they will take money back they paid you. Don’t bother.
