If there was a such thing of a negative star rating, they would get it. The lack of "professionalism" specifically from the Mesquite office, is the only thing that gets a positive 5 STAR rating. They lack a sufficient staff needed to supply us with efficient nurses which has left us many of times without a nurse. We've had to cancel and or reschedule Dr. appointments, our son has missed countless days at school, we've missed work days, etc all due to not having nurses and we have insurance approved 168 hours nursing. The only recommendation they would get from us is to recommend not to employ their

I have worked with this Company going on 2 years now and they have always been professional, accurate and easy to work for. The entire staff from Ryan , Jennifer, and Taylor to D'Anne or Lois - they all have always been understanding, patient and helpful.
