Cleveland Fit for Life, "A Total Fitness-Wellness Concept, " was established in 1997 with a mission to educate individuals on the importance of incorporating a healthier lifestyle into daily activities. At Cleveland Fit for Life, you'll work out with a personal trainer in our 2,000-square-foot training studio that is equipped with shower facilities and additional amenities.
Depending on your individual goals, fitness level, schedule and budget, it may require a minimum of twice per week to maintain your current body composition. Of course, if you wish to achieve rapid results, you can attend more often to accelerate your fat loss or muscle growth. Either 30 or 60 minutes-we encourage our clients to come in about 10 minutes earlier to warm-up and stretch and get mentally prepared for their workout session.

Carl is an excellent personal trainer. His gym is spotless and he knows his stuff. I really like that there is a shower available for me to use when I have to go back into work as well.
