Angel is THE BEST masseuse I've been to since I've moved to NC from CA. I've seen him may times for massages because he is super Zen, and his studio is always very clean. At times when I spend up to 12 hours at work, I have some really bad low back and wrist pain from sitting down and working at a desk. Angel uses a combination of reiki and MFR (myofasical release) massage on me, and I always leave feeling super relaxed a lot bette the next day compared to someone who just digs into your muscle like some Swedish massage masseuses I've had before. Still regularly having massages with this talented massage therapist. I have so many back problems and tons of pain in my lower spine. Angel is able to work his magic and soothe every ache! His room is clean. There is not a mark on the wall. He uses a nice wide table that is able to accommodate your entire body comfortably! His pricing for students and young professionals is unbelievable. Angel's massage therapy focuses on fine tuning his energy to yours before he begins. I really think he has a gift for finding and fixing pain! I will continue to keep going back.

Angel is an amazing masseuse! He's totally helped me with some muscular pain in my left leg that's been bothering me for ages. He is very attentive and has an incredibly healing touch.
As the other reviewer said, his rates are super reasonable and the Health Studio location is very easy to get to. If you need a massage, Angel is your guy!

Angel is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever encountered, and I've worked with some great massage therapists (see my other reviews)! I can't say enough good things about Angel's understanding of anatomy and physiology, his passion for massage (he's always attending seminars to learn new techniques), and his amazing heart. As someone who runs and lifts weights, my muscles become tight, even with stretching. Regular visits with Angel keep me walking, running, lifting, and swimming with ease. His rates are incredibly reasonable. I highly, highly, highly recommend
