I'm showing all of you the photo that my Wonderful Hubby "Coach Chef Gerry" took of me with who I started calling my Adopted Sweet, “One Tough Chick! Seester” Heidi! About a month after she had first started working with me. And we had just finished one of the workouts. Because he had hired her as a birthday gift to me. To start working with me to give me these great workouts in our workout rooms at home, because I don't drive. And she toughened it up each time to challenge me! I trained with Heidi a little under 2 months, and she was probably the best I could ask for. I stumbled across her ad on Craigslist and reached out to her about training me. I got a response the next day, and we were able to set up a schedule and a goal. I would recommend taking it up 3 days a week because the results were pretty great. She worked with my schedule and even helped me with exercise and nutrition on the days I don't see her. Definitely follow the meal plan and commit to the cardio for quality training

I have been working with Heidi for the past 2 months for my in-home personal workout sessions, and she has been absolutely AMAZING! She makes workout fun yet challenging, and is super nice.
