Under the CSPA, the unmarried child of an alien who was granted asylee or refugee status may be granted the same status if accompanying or following-to-join the parent. The CSPA established also new rules in determining whether a child can still be considered as a principal or derivative child beneficiary of a family-based petition.

Working with Atty. Palacios and the staff has been a great experience. We have known him since 2013. We had an F2A marriage-based adjustment of status case. Attorney Palacios is a well-spoken and knowledgeable lawyer.
