I gave 3 stars because of the representative who sold us on the new roof was very good at his job (obviously) and the workmanship is good. The professionalism and customer service overall is terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Admittedly, we should have shopped around more before going with them. My husband and I are taking this as a lesson learned we will be doing our homework for any future projects.

I had a front door installed with a storm door. My job was difficult due to the door threshold, but Harry and Renee did a wonderful job and made sure to keep me in the loop regarding the issues. They cleaned up nicely and were very professional.
However, the door came in 3 months late. I would have liked more communication about the timeline for when the door was supposed to arrive. Joe came out for a final inspection before closing the job and reassured me that they are aware and working on making customer communication better.

The window installation was perfect. Uri and Vlad were professional, clean and efficient. The job was done in 3.5 days and we noticed a difference right away with the AC keeping the house cool. We’ve now signed up to get siding and a new front door. Looking forward to the next job! Joe is a great salesman!

This is an update to the first review I left prior to the roof installation. I have to apologize for not mentioning our salesman (Alex). He was extremely thorough and informative about the complete project details and product. Unfortunately, the color of the upgraded siding we picked had been discontinued. We all realize the issues with manufacturing during these stressful times, so we know how difficult it is to break that bad news to their customers. Once notified by Homestar (Austin was very apologetic), Alex was scheduled within 2 days to show us the color pallets. He came out with everything
