Cheryl, Dean and their team have been amazing to work with. They take care of you in ways you don't expect. I've been with them for so long I feel like we are part of a working family!!! I was in a hurry to renew a homeowners policy due to problems with renewal. I was not a current customer. I looked at these reviews and saw the most stars here. Took a chance, called and spoke with Dean. He passed me to Renee and assured me she was experienced and would follow up as needed via PHONE and EMAIL. Renee got the job done quick, painlessly, contacted everyone and collected the necessary paperwork.

Best and most honest insurance agent around. Have known Dean for almost 20 years when he used to insure my old bosses' towing company. Now that I own my own company, I can say that I wouldn't trust anyone else. I've tried another agent and found that they were not interested in saving me any money. Absolute Insurance of Palm Beach County, was extremely knowledgable and beyond professional when I contacted their office to find a better rate for my auto insurance. They took the time necessary to properly quote and thankfully are able to save me hundreds! I also found out about home insurance, life insurance, and business insurance rates which turned out to be highly competitive as well.
