I know this place is kind of legendary, and some of their dishes are truly unique and delicious. BUT, I did just have a pretty poor experience here. I arrived about 45-50 mins before closing, ordered, and then... Crickets. Until. 5 mins before closing our waitress offered to put our entire order in to-go boxes in what felt like an attempt to hurry us out the door. I was so surprised by her gall, but decided to just go with the flow. So, we finally left the restaurant with our food in containers to go look for a picnic table somewhere. My complaint has NOTHING to do with our waitress. She was excellent, kind, & attended to our every need. In our current climate, I'm very observant about cleanliness (1 to eliminate germs & 2 to minimize exposure). This used to be my Saturday afternoon treat pre-pandemic. After over a year of being committed to not eating out, I was looking forward to returning to a more optimal experience. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the lack of sanitizing/disinfecting (this is not the only place I've been to that's too lax for comfort). This place use to have the best food and service. This place is a joke now. The pancakes are not the same anymore. Service is beyond awful. I ordered coffee with my breakfast. The young lady never came back to ask me how my food was Doraville do I need anything like a refill. But then when it's time to pay and tip she wants talk and joke after I had to ask for my check. Also take a coat with you cause either there heat doesn't work or they to cheap to turn it on. It was freezing in the dining area. RIDICULOUS!!!!

I have gone to this restaurant for many years. Today was the most disappointing day at this restaurant. The food was disappointing and the service was disappointing, my family has always loved this restaurant but for some reason today was just a very bad experience for us. I am not sure I will ever go to this restaurant again because of today.

I was there for breakfast the manager/server was on the phone entire time that I was there. She brought my breakfast and never came back to even bring me another glass of water. Too make matters worst she went outside and continue to talk on her phone. I could have left without paying for my food. I had to go outside and get her to give me a to go bag just to leave and go pay my check. She said you should have scanned your receipt. I haven't been there in long time how was I supposed know that things have changed no one told me anything about the new procedure how they handled things these days

LOOK...Its cold AF in here so make sure you bring a jacket! 🌬❄☃️ The portions are huge but the flavor leaves something to be desired. The service was great tho and my food came out quickly. It was soooo much on the menu it was kinda hard to choose. Maybe if they cut some stuff the could concentrate on a few key dishes and perfect those. 🤷🏾♀️

Waked I'm at 2:25 on Sunday. The Hours on the website and Yelp indicate their hours to close at 3:00pm on Sundays. The front girl asked if we were dining in, and advised they have a seat. Another young lady, wakes up and said isn't it 2:30, and told us we're done for the day, with an annoyed attitude. RUDE and unwelcoming, ... I'll not be back

I really hoped that the service would have improved after Covid and the fact that so many people need jobs in the service industry. But this place has the best breakfast and worst service ever. It's like the quality of the food goes down Bc of the remedial people they have as servers. This is def an Uber eats, grub hub option but def not a place you Seoul's sit in.

This place is an absolute joke! I passed by this location one day and it was really crowded. I thought that was a indicator for really great food. Man was I wrong! My wife, my mom and I ordered some breakfast. Took about half hour to get our coffee and juice. Already the experience was going down the damn drain. The food was taking forever! They were bringing it out plate by plate very slow. My mom ordered a waffle that came out cold but the plate was hot. My wife ordered a grilled cheese. OMG! Great job on the social distancing. Best I can say about the food is that it is edible. Pancakes tasted sour then the second batch after my complaint smelled like beer. Western omelette was a 4/10 and the cinnamon almond French toast was a 5/10. Server literally screamed from across the restaurant to see if we were ready to order smh😂

Waitress Took forever to take the order. Kept carrying her grandson from table to table while we waited on small things we asked for. I had a very simple order shouldn't have took more than 10minutes . Took over 30 minutes when she started bring out food she brought one thing at a time kept taking food to her family while we waited. food was soso not coming back

Came here to get some pancakes and I overheard one of the waitresses saying "why are they coming here when we are about to close?" Why would you say that so loud when the customers can here you? I was ready to spend some money because the items on the menu seem decent. Soon as heard her, I toss the menu on the table and left. I won't be back there again.

Hoe you took my order (they said her name was T) !!!!!!!! I wanted to slap naps from her dreads Cali style! Just because you get paid $2.05 an hour doesn't mean you treat people like $2! Never

The food is pretty decent, service was slowwwww. Hubby had to send his food (salmon croquettes) back because it was all cold and shouldn't have been flash fried cause the insides were too soft (undercooked). The manager was polite and accommodating. Things have certainly changed since I last visited the place....

Went here eariler for breakfast. I was cool the food was decent. Theres not a lot of space for large groups. But it's close and the food wasnt bad so I would definitely go back! Only thing is they put mushrooms in my husbands omelet after he asked them not to but they took care of us after we voiced our concern so I'm cool

I've been here many times before and the service has been pretty good.
I always enjoy the cream of wheat also the peach crepes made with brandied peaches.
This time I came in took a seat and no one came to serve me. I asked a server if I did right to seat myself and I did. He said someone will be with me shortly, no one ever came so I left with no cream of wheat. Would have been nice if someone checked on me. I'll try again another day.
