Avoid this place at all costs! We have given them so much money multiple times for issues that are still not fixed.
I took my car there three days ago for a specific issue. They looked at it, told me it would be $1,200 and that it would be done by the end of the day Friday. They finished it at 4:57pm on Friday (after I called them no less than six times). I turned on my car, drove away, AND THE ISSUE WAS STILL THERE. What did I just pay $1,200 for?!
We gave them the benefit of the doubt after we took my husband's care there THREE times last year to fix his tire pressure sensor, and it's still

I spent over $4500 from two services with them and when I had problems two weeks later I can’t get them to return my calls??? I’ve left two messages with live people and was told a mechanic would call back to help. I’m not saying they are here just to take your money as they did a good job but it’s very disappointing that after I spent this kind of money, they don’t have the decency to return a call. I won’t be calling or returning.

One of our vehicles needed some comprehensive inspections done as it was approaching 160k miles. There were some known issues that we needed a game plan on repairing, and there were some symptoms that needed diagnosis + repair estimate on. Dwain's provided us with a multi page list of repairs that needed to be done, and helped us sort them by most severe - needing immediate attention to least severe - can wait a while. We had an excellent experience at Dwain's Automotive. We felt they were trustworthy, reliable and thorough. I actually called to get a quote, because the first one I received elsewhere seemed high. I explained to them what I was told needed to be fixed and asked for a quote, they gave me a quote within minutes over the phone. Honestly, I have never had that positive of an experience/customer service. I highly recommend them!

We are relatively new to the Edmond area so I took my 2001 Jeep Wrangler to Dwains Automotive after reading many reviews. They lived up to the hype and then some. First off, I was greeted every time I entered their business. It’s a small detail but something I highly value in a business. Mikchael and crew were top notch and went above and beyond to make sure that me and my Jeep were well taken care of! They stand behind their work and customer satisfaction is very important to them. I will no longer take my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

I came in with a transmission problem and Michael worked diligently to ensure that I had the best work done at the most reasonable price possible. When all completed they saved me in excess of $3000 and having to need a new transmission and is now working flawlessly.
They have an incredibly helpful staff that keep you informed through the whole process of having work done on your vehicle.
A wonderful experience that has won my business for life.
