We have had a terrible experience with this company. Once they had our down payment of half the cost of the roof getting any kind of communication or response from them was impossible. The sale of our house was delayed because we couldn't get them out to do the roof in a timely manner, and we were even unable to give updates because despite calling multiple times a day, leaving several voice mails on different phone numbers, and emailing the company, we received NO communication. This is a terrible company to work with, and if you are on any kind of a deadline I would not recommend them.

Texted them to ask about a repair for our chimney flashing, a chimney cap, and a roof cleaning, they said I would get a faster response if I texted on their voicemail. His response was to ask for my address then direct me to pay a $500 deposit on his website. Said I could get a better idea of pricing there. I looked around on the website but all I could find was a minimum price and a PayPal button, nothing on repair costs. I asked him if he could give me a ballpark for flashing repair since that was our first priority and if the entire flashing needed to be replaced if part of it is missing. His

In the beginning (September 2014) we were very impressed with Derek's apparent professionalism. He was thorough and fair in his estimate, and offered a warranty at a higher price, which we opted for. The crew that did the work was very professional, capable, and respectful, but problems ensued after the first work day. When the project started the crew consisted of 6 people, but after that there were only 2, so the completion time was more than double what we expected - Derek explained that he had spread his crew too thin over too many jobs.
