Much like human medicine, veterinary medicine has seen great advances in surgical technology in recent years. Recognizing this fact, we have invested in laser surgical technology which allows our highly-trained surgeons more precision during procedures and our patients enjoy faster recovery than traditional forms of surgery.
Did you know that more than 80% of dogs and 70% of cats have some form of periodontal disease by the age of two? (Source: American Veterinary Medical Association) These are eye-opening figures, especially when you consider that dental disease can lead to bacteria entering your pet's bloodstream, which may result in serious damage to the heart, liver and kidneys.

I have 3 very different dogs, so it takes 4 of us to feel like we are in good hands and to give our stamp of approval. I moved to the area 3 years ago, and tried 2 other vets, I have been with Heart of Suwannee for 2 years now, am very happy with them.

I have boarded my dog here for 3 plus years. My dog is reactive and protective, Tina and Tony, know how to handle and calm her. She is happy and cared for when I pick her up. They take the time to learn about you and your pet. I appreciate the love shown to me and my dog.

We loved them in the beginning, but today my puppy was given a rabies vaccine that he already received 4 weeks ago, from the same vet, so they have all of his records. He’s totally fine (thank god) but that’s such a careless, unprofessional mistake, I could never trust them with either of my dogs again. I’m sure there are better choices in the area that will take your business and babies more seriously!

Dr. Kline was very attentive to our cat’s medical issue. He spent the time and gave a thorough diagnosis and was very supportive. He has given us excellent information on how to proceed with treatment. We find the doctors and staff at Heart of Suwanee to be great and highly recommend them!

Excellent and caring doctor and staff! We had to have our dog put to sleep a few days ago after 14 years, 11 of those years bringing her to heart of Suwanee animal hospital.
While we are not ready for another dog right now, I would bring a pet here without any reservations.
The care over the years for our dog (and wallet!) Has been top notch. While they have had a few different doctors, all but 1 (who is no longer there) have been excellent and worked with us to provide great care and viable options within our budget.
Thank you Heart of Suwanee on behalf of Kayla!

Dr. Sanders is the best! We have three dogs and she takes such good care of each of them. She is so responsive. She literally takes her time explaining to you what is going on. I feel like she takes care of our dogs as she would her own. I highly recommend Heart of Suwanee and Dr Sanders!
