I`ve been with state farm a while and I have never ENCOUNTERED this type of customer services.. in the past I have worked closely with Lesly Tamez. She is awesome and is always able to meet my needs! Today I spoke with Oscar and I was not pleased with the services. I called with two specific questions and he informed me that he would get back with me. I waited two hours for a call back & NOTHING. I work with Kalie Dean on my auto insurance and renter's insurance or anything that I need really when it comes to insurance and she is so unbelievably easy to work with. I make a request and she is on top of it within a few minutes. She literally makes the process so easy every single time and explains to me in very simple terms what I need to know and what steps I need to take. I never question or doubt that she has done things correctly either. I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Recently I moved and had to add flood insurance to my policy but didn't know where to even begin. Rosetta explained the policies thoroughly and walked me through step by step explaining along the way. She made the process easy to start and to understand. I appreciate the staff at Kyle Angelle's agency. They are super nice, very professional, and most importantly (for me) consistent. There have been a few times when I was supposed to follow up on something, and gotten a friendly reminder. I appreciate this because life gets busy. This will sound very cliché, but thanks to Oscar Torres he helped my family and save a lot of money on our car insurance. I am a full time college student who also works full time providing for my parents during this pandemic. Oscar sought resources that will benefit me in getting insurance on three vehicle. I absolutely love the people here. Their customer service is so amazing and they are always so helpful. I got into an accident and am unable to drive nor work but they were able to help me and took care of everything. All they told me is that they would take care of everything for me and to just focus on recovering. I will gladly recommend this team to my family and friends.
