I see Nikki for depression and have never been so satisfied with a caring and ethical provider. She has been such a blessing to me and my family. As one would expect, I was horrified to read the two fake reviews posted a few days ago! Obviously someone is trying to do something terrible to an innocent person. Sad to see but soo easy to see through. Really, posted within 2 hours of each other? Is that how long it took to make a fake gmail account? Go to Nikki with confidence.

I had a really poor experience with the medication prescriber, Nikki Roetman. If it weren't for this poor experience with her, I would probably seek out therapy with Clearbrook Counseling, but I can't support this place after it. I was truly flabbergasted by her lack of professionalism and compassion, especially for someone who is meant to serve those struggling with their mental health. Would hate for someone to experience what I did, so PLEASE look for services elsewhere.

If you have specific needs I wouldn't suggest going here especially if it is for a child. My daughter had 3 therapists. First therapist either left the practice or something else and I was notified the day of my daughters appointment and when I asked what I was supposed to do if something came up between then and when ever they found her a new one they told me they were not a crisis center. Well thats fine and dandy. Doesnt answer my question. Then when they did find her a new therapist it was the wrong fit and that was 6 weeks later. Then I get her a diffrent one only to be told she is being discharged

I had an amazing experience with my therapist Samantha and it saddens me deeply to leave due to a horrible experience with the new doctor they brought on board. I will be emailing the owner about my experience, but for the sake of others do not go to this doctor for medication management. We were on the same page about my medications the first appointment. She never filled my prescriptions and when I contacted the office multiple times to give her my message she never responded for two weeks. The 2nd appointment she told me she would not be prescribing me my medications anymore even thought we
