Although she is no longer with us on Earth, Katie's work and personality touched the life of every client at our firm for almost 10 years. Katie joined The Lackey Law Firm as a paralegal in 2011 after spending several years with a law firm in Huntsville, Alabama.
Gary graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1981 and received his B.A. in Political Science with Honors from UA Huntsville in 1978. He has been practicing law in Alabama since 1981 and began his private practice in Scottsboro in 1982. Before entering private practice, Gary spent a year as general counsel for an insurance company in Alabama.
Justin graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2009 and graduated magna cum laude with his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alabama in 2006. He has been practicing law since 2009 at The Lackey Law Firm. Justin focuses his practice on Injury Law, Car Wrecks, Criminal Defense, DUI and Traffic, and Civil Litigation.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2011 and earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University in 2008. Jennifer grew up in Jackson County, Alabama, and graduated from Scottsboro High School in 2000. Jennifer is following in the footsteps of her father, Gary W. Lackey, being a strong advocate for the people of Madison County, Jackson County, Dekalb County, and the surrounding region.
