The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds. Think big anyway. Today you are one step closer to a new you and/or a new relationship where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life for the present and future. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Services
Office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday until 7:00 p.m. I'm looking forward to speaking with you. Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in this life has a purpose. I have no secret. You haven't learned life's lesson very well If you haven't noticed that you can decide the reaction you want of people in advance.
Peggy has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and an LPC designation under Missouri certificate/license. She specializes in relationship counseling; premarital counseling, marital counseling, and individual counseling. All relationships and individuals possess the resources and the potential for resilience.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling, premarital counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.
You don't love someone because they're perfect, you love them in spite of the fact they're not. Getting married without marriage preparation is like building a house without a blueprint; starting a business without a business plan; learn to drive a car without taking Driver's Ed; or starting a journey without a destination.
Love is a constant process of tuning in, connecting, missing and misreading cues, disconnecting, repairing, and finding deeper connection. It is a dance of meeting and parting and finding each other again. Minute to minute and day to day. Good marriages require good relationship skills. Happily, even the most seemingly relationship-challenged people can learn concrete skills that can change the quality of marriage.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Peggy. She has helped me through some of the toughest times of my life and I always feel better after our sessions. She is a therapist that truly cares about her clients and is always honest even when its hard to hear sometimes.

I can't believe how rude Peggy is. I was hoping to work together to solve a billing issue - from HER end, not mine on services that aren't even for me. She yelled at me (which is an understatement) on the phone and says "this is why I don't deal with insurance". The billing was not thru insurance, it's an flexible savings account. Turns out, it's an issue on her end that indicated her services aren't being billed as medically related. I don't have this issue with my counselor, whom I adore and would never treat someone this way. I'm still a bit in shock regarding the lack of care and empathy from

My fiance and I recently met with Peggy for premarital counseling. She not only helped us work through some of our differences, but also brought us closer together in the process. She is an excellent resource for anyone seeking counseling. I have been to counselors in my past for different reasons and she is by far the best one that I have met. She is very professional, straight to the point, and is not afraid to talk through difficult conversations. I would highly recommend Peggy if you are looking for help.

My work with Peggy began after a series of life changes which suggested a need to examine the who, what, and why of myself. I found her after a search of counselor sites in the Chesterfield area. Her web site, like her waiting room, office, and practice is inviting, information sharing, and speaks to her goal to help individuals and couples work forward to a better place. She will provide honest feedback, she is an an advocate of her clients, and will challenge and inspire one to work on improvements. I have recommended her to friends, and if you are seeking support and help, she is a tireless

Peggy Hinders was recommended to me by a trusted source and she's been nothing short of amazing. Compassionate and understanding, Peggy is also goal-oriented, a component frequently missing in therapy (in my opinion). In between sessions, she stays in touch via text and often shares articles or links that are relevant. She is responsive both inside the office and outside of it, which helps to maintain the rapport and trust she works hard to establish in the first several sessions. She is a tireless font of support and offers guidance toward a reality rooted in positivity and empowerment. There

A total fake and judgemental person. Peggy made matters much worse with my family and acted like she cared less. She judges people and then picks sides. Very partial to females and will always blame the man regardless. She will ring you up with useless return visits then simply tell you she is getting tired of dealing with you. I partially blame her for my family seperating as she did nothing to help which is why we went to her. Save your money and get a self help book, or go see a real therapist as she will never help you in any way.
