Our family had a very negative experience with the hospitality of the employee who was assigned to work with us on my mother’s cremation. I ended up sorting most of the details to ensure she was cremated on time. The employee was not timely, made excuses, did not call back, and was very rude and unapologetic. The care for our family during this difficult time was very poor. And the announcement of my mother never appeared on their Facebook page as promised.
