I am a Certified Licensed Massage Practitioner who has worked as a massage practitioner for 15 + years, providing services in the chiropractic as well as therapeutic settings. In each session, I provides a combination of modalities to fit the varying, personal needs of each of my clients. Specifically, massages are the application of soft-tissue manipulation techniques to the body. These are generally intended to reduce stress and fatigue while improving circulation.
You may dress however you wish. I will show you into the massage room, go over your health history and goals for the massage session, and then leave the room to allow you to undress and get onto the table. You should feel free to remove as much or as little of your clothing as you wish. It will be more effective if you are fully undressed, including your underwear, but your comfort level is most important.
