I would call Byron's an excellent experience all around. My van needed alot of work in order to pass inspection; which showed me they took the time to thoroughly go over my vehicle and it wasn't just slap a sticker on. The sales representative she was great to work with. She really took her time with me over the phone and explained what I needed in parts, quality and prices.
While my van was in the shop I had an issue with my other van, it would not start. Byron went out of his way and came to my home to help resolve the issue. You don't hear of people doing things like this any more, but Byron

A family run business and as friendly & kind as it comes! I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. As I checked out the mechanic suggested I have my front brakes done before winter. I didn’t feel any pressure to make the appointment right then. But I will be going to them to get it done!

I have never left a bad review for any business before now. I hope that gives you perspective on my frustration with Byron's. They are not honestly. Period. An honest business admits they don't have the tools or knowledge to fix your vehicle instead of stringing you along just for profit and putting your safety at risk.
My car broke down in the middle of the road late May of this year. I trusted the recommendations to take it to Byron's because they seemed like a trustworthy business. At the beginning they were accommodating and seemed kind. I told them exactly what happened (the car stopped twice
