Sent a request for a quote on a Friday morning. Got an immediate response asking for size. I responded but never heard back. Called at the end of day asking for a response, John Cowan was very rude and said he got busy and forgot but would work on it. No response, so I called Wednesday of the next week, he responded that it was going to be really expensive so he didn't bother calling me back. I was confused how his calculations were double mine, so as I said 'thanks anyway,' he hung up on me. John seemed angry he had to even talk to me. Odd experience, would not recommend.

Same as others have mentioned. Was very quick to respond at first but then must have been disinterested in the request after I sent my file over, no response after a week. Seems like an odd way to run a business. I was trying to support a local business. Waste of time.
