These ladies are fantastic! The quality of their work is incredible but the customer service is above the best! I came in with a last minute item for Christmas after they had already cut orders off. They told me that I could be put on a waiting list in case they were able to get through all the other orders first, but there were no guarantees. Not only did they call me to bring in my item, they completed faster then they said. I was able to give my custom gift for Christmas and I am very grateful! I will never go anywhere else!

Legacy Monograms was recommended to me and I am SO glad!! I ordered a backpack and lunchbox for my daughter from Pottery Barn, and the monogram they did blended into the background and you could not really read her name right. I went to two local girls near me, and they both did not have the equipment to monogram the classic style lunchbox. They tried to fix the backpack, but you could still see so much of the old one that had been removed in the background. I bought a navy fabric pen and had them removed, and colored in what I could to help it blend. I dropped them off at Legacy Monograms and

Legacy Monograms is amazing! I've taken them some purchased items and asked for very unique monograms to be placed on them for gifts, and I've also purchased items from the store to be monogrammed. Even with all of the details, colors, sizes, etc. they find a way to make them all perfect! The employees are so nice and accommodating! I recommend them for all your corporate and personal needs. I can't wait to go back soon!
