The project involved extending the Trunk Highway 610 corridor from Trunk Highway 169 to the west ending at Elm Creek Boulevard North. Isthmus aided the design-build team in producing roadway construction plans as well as noisewall construction plans. Isthmus led the development of cross sections and machine control models for roadways and graded areas.
Following the tragic collapse of the original Interstate 35W St. Anthony Falls Bridge, MnDOT expedited a design build contract to replace the structure. As a DBE member of the FMJV Design-Build project team, Isthmus provided staff augmentation services to support the fast-paced plans production process.
