Bogutz & Gordon, PC, has been proudly serving the Tucson, Arizona, area since 1984, providing sophisticated services to meet our clients' estate planning and elder law needs. From the beginning, the goal was to help people in need. In 1984, Allan Bogutz, who had served as Pima County Public Fiduciary, incorporated his own law firm.
Bogutz & Gordon has represented my family in legal, estate, and fiduciary matters for over 20 years. In that time, we have been privileged to work with several attorneys and their teams. They have always been responsive to our needs, compassionate in their handling of difficult family issues and informed in their guidance.
At Bogutz & Gordon, estate planning is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Estate plans can be as individual as you are, and our job is to advise you on your options and make recommendations for you and your beneficiaries. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge to make effective choices, and then implement those choices with accurate documents that meet the highest technical standards.
Bogutz & Gordon, PC is one of a handful of law firms that can help with all aspects of managing the needs of the aging and disabled. The firm itself, and all of the shareholders, are certified with the Supreme Court of Arizona as licensed fiduciaries. These roles include trustee, personal representative, conservator, and guardian; which are either appointed through estate planning documents or approved by the court.
Ask anyone who has done it, administering a trust or an estate after someone dies (and sometimes beyond) can be a lot of work. Many times, a family member is thrust into a completely unfamiliar role, at a very stressful and difficult time. Teresa Lancaster is a quitter!
I've always been grateful to make $100 a month.
My life will probably become more hectic because I have counted on Bogutz and Gordon, but now that they're quitting, so they can be not held responsible anymore, there is a slight chance of hope still. But I know teresa Lancaster and the company very well indeed!
They'll let my electricity go and I will be living in the dark ages soon.
I'm scared of the dark, so it seems natural that she does like to bring great fear to me!

I reached out to Bogutz and Gordon for probate help following the loss of my Dad to CoVid-19 and remain grateful for their caring and professional response during what was, understandably, a very difficult time. I just finished with the probate process for my father's estate, and want thank both Dane and Britnee at the Bogutz & Gordon firm for making it so smooth. The paperwork was actually less than what I was expecting, and they were super responsive every step of the way. Fees reasonable, too. Recommended.

I worked with Attorney Dane Dehler in settling my brother's estate. My brother's home was in AZ and I live in WI. Dane and I only met in person on one occasion, conducting business via phone, emails and faxes. He also worked with my brother's wealth management group (Washington DC) and accountant (WI). Dane was always professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. These attributes were also true of each staff member at Bogutz and Gordon I interacted with over the 16 month period we worked together. I recommend this place for estate planning, and have been favorably impressed by Jacque Mingle and Craig Wisnom. They are both sharp, efficient and knowledgable, as well as quite personable.
Actually, the professional vibe is very evident throughout the organization, to include the front desk and random other folks we encountered at the office.
Expenses are very reasonable, particularly in light of the quality of the services. Couldn't be more pleased.
