I tried going and came to my appointment 15 minutes early and sat around for 10 minutes and nobody was there to greet you to make the space feel more welcoming and then one person did walk out and just walked right by me and ignored me. this was just not a welcoming space and i do not recommend. it also looks like there is mold growing or something coming out of the vents so that’s just lovely too. when i called when i was leaving the lady one the phone was just more worried in charging me the late cancellation fee. not a good counseling center.

My daughter and I both go to this amazing place they have paired us perfectly with our own therapist and they are truly amazing people. The follow up and the warm welcome every time we walk in the door truly has helped in its own. I recommend Brian or Jamie they both are amazing. Jamie was amazing with my 14 year old who is extremely nervous talking to new people she really connected with my daughter and Brian he really listens and makes me feel like I am the most important person in the room, just his nature makes me extremely relaxed and it allows me to off load all that has been bothering me

I am an adoptive mother and after being drilled for 2 sessions was told I needed paperwork to prove that I am the person that adopted her....I brought in paperwork stating that I was the custodian but was then told that I need paperwork proving she doesn’t have visitation with anyone else?!?! I was told that in these situations it’s needed by law but if I was married it wouldn’t be an issue. I asked them if they require marriage certificates to prove that someone is married and she said no they take them at their word.... Don’t take your child here unless you are married because apparently

So disappointed! The office manager girl is SO rude! I inquired in on their website looking for information on marriage counseling services. I asked for an email and not a phone call with some basic info on services offered. She called me, only caring about insurance information and how we would be paying, then scheduled an appointment. After 2 virtual appointments we were informed our counselor was no longer there and we’d have to start with someone new. Apparently the person we were seeing was the only person that offered late evening appointments. My husband replied to the office managers

This place has quickly become like a safe haven. Everyone is extremely easy to reach out and the flexibility is beyond amazing. I'm an extremely busy mom and they're always able to get me in and my child. I'm so thankful for Denise, she's helped me through so many highs and lows. She's kind and truthful and I always turn to her when I'm at a crossroad and need a reality check and good direction. Would recommend this place a hundred times over.

They shared emails without permission with a 3rd party. Also can't do basic business functions such as providing transcripts of your transactions. They won't discuss progress with you unless you're the child's mom, who is a sociopath but they couldn't figure that one out. They have a problem of retaining phone numbers and won't acknowledge and/or apologize for losing number and not giving you a notification.

I came here specifically for trauma and PTSD counseling, years of buildup without talking about it or any type of treatment. Denise made me feel "at home" and for once I had hope. I am without insurance paying weekly. She kept making comments that if I wasn't comfortable I was more than welcome to go somewhere else (I believe her way if trying to get rid of me).... but I was. My fourth appointment I was told there was a problem with my ledger (apparently a staff member was pocketing my cash). She was so consumed with the issue, she did not put my next appointment in the computer. After that I never

Everyone here is so helpful and personable . I have found all the staff very easy to talk with. They go out of their way to help.
I don't know where I would be if not for my therapists. I can always count on them.
