Wellness Pointe is an FTCA Deemed Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We provide a variety of medical and social support programs to benefit the health of the whole family. If you do not have a primary care physician or would like to change providers, Wellness Pointe is ready to serve your health care needs!
Wellness Pointe is a Certified Application Counselor Organization, and we can help your family choose and enroll in a Health Insurance Marketplace plan that's right for you! Do you need assistance signing up for Medicaid, Food Stamps, TANF, or CHIP or renewing for any of these programs? Wellness Pointe is under the direct authority of a consumer-majority Board of Directors that consists of members of various ethnic backgrounds and professions.
Wellness Pointe offers a wide range of medical services including pediatrics, OB/GYN, vision & dental, behavioral health, family medicine, and more. Staffed by board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, we provide care for children ages 0 through 18. We're ready to guide you through your pregnancy, from testing to delivery to your newborn's first appointment with our caring pediatric providers.

The main reason I chose this wellness place is because they had an office in kilgore. They said I could make an appointment at the kilgore office but when it came down to it they said it must be at the Longview office. So just to get in I agreed to the Longview office for the first time since it was required. I finally had an appointment that took over a month to make because I had to get the paperwork and over the phone nonsense finished before the appointment could be made. There were multiple text messages and emails confirming the made appointment. Then as I'm on my way to the appointment
