We actually speak with our customers to determine what is important to them. This is necessary in order to provide the State Farm coverage that provides the greatest protection specific to their needs. I have been affiliated with State Farm since 2006, and an Agent since 2011. We not only believe in providing excellent insurance services to our neighbors, but serving them as well.
I am fortunate to serve our community as the Active President of the Hendersonville Crime Stoppers Organization, Leadership Sumner Graduate, and current member of the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and Hendersonville Morning Rotary club. Being from out of town we didn't know who to turn to when it came to insuring our new townhome.My real estate agent suggested we call Nicole Howard at Andrew Felder State Farm Insurance because that was his agent and he was happy with them. My wife and I got the policy we needed at a price that was less than we expected to pay, and Nicole took care of all the details for us. I suggest you call her , l think you'll be happy too.

In today’s fast pace world it is hard to find a old time business.... Andrew Felder State Farm and his team are just that.... excellent service and quick response to any insurance needs that you have.... with a welcome small town feel where they know your name..... 1000% best insurance office hands down, we had to move out of the area for work but refused to change agents.... not today, not tomorrow, not ever.....

I received a phone call from an insurance representative named Dan Smith with State Farm Insurance asking me if I'm interested in getting a Homeowners and Car Insurance and what is the best time to talk. So I told him to e-mail me a quote for both and I will look it over. After a few weeks, I called him and query about the quotes. He patiently went over the policies. I called him again a few more times and get more personalized quotes best to my needs and he emailed me for updates to look over again. Finally, I was satisfied and happy with everything, it saved me more money and better coverage

We switched to State Farm after adding our teenage driver to our auto insurance. The competitor we were with had MORE than doubled our premiums when adding our teenager (this is with no tickets or accidents, good grades discount, and driver's education discounts). State Farm saved us $200 per month with better coverage. Everyone in the office was amazing. Courtney was extremely helpful and fully explained everything. Andrew came out to introduce himself and checked on us several times. This was the best insurance experience we have ever had.
