As an Guardian and employee this was the worst experience I ever had with a company. They made me a house manager to do their Job. It was awful. And disgusting how messy and unprofessional they were. They did not care about my niece (client) they basically were keeping her to get paid. They talked about all employees behind their backs and did not have a discipline system in place. They didn’t have enough employees to cover the 24hrs case my niece was left alone numerous times. They pulled the plug just days before I was getting a new company and basically left me hanging . They made me on call
