ZERO star.
Staff is rude. Doctor's weave stains on her blouse. The office and doctor seem dirty. I was afraid to let her touch me.
Came for an annual check up (expected lab tests) bc it was in my neighborhood. Before showing up, I made sure with the staff that there should not be any copay. Showed up 30 mins before the appointment, doctor was not ready till 30 mins after the appointment time. The staff now told me that I have to pay out of pocket for some lab tests, but she wasn't sure which ones were covered by insurance or not. Spent 30 mins on the phone with my insurance to check

Staff is amazing, doctor was amazing, and the PENS HAVE FLOWERS ON THEM. They made sure that they were attentive, and they made sure I got what I needed when the pharmacy refused 2 of my prescriptions. Patient, hard working, and just overall so thankful for the time they put in today. Thank you ladies! :)

I never had issues with this practice until today. The office staff I spoke to was so infuriatingly rude on the phone over very simple questions regarding my appointment. I understand if you do not know the answer, but you cannot just sigh into the phone and curtly respond to each question with 'I dunno' and be completely unhelpful over simply office-related issues like appointment rescheduling and referrals. If you can't be professional, then don't hold a customer service job.

Do not see this doctor. The wait time is ridiculous, they require your credit card information even if it's a free annual check up, and you must write a statement at the end of the visit to ensure you'd pay regardless of cost.
There was a long wait time to get into a room and then again to see Dr. McDaniel. She rushed through the appointment. At the end of the appointment, the receptionist said that I had two choices: state that I want my Pap smear sent to the lab regardless of cost or have my Pap smear thrown in the trash. I'm sure my insurance covers an annual check up especially

After coming here for several years (over 8 years) and receiving bad attitude from receptionists and the doctor being cold almost everytime. I have finally had the time to find myself a new GYN and I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and take time to carefully research a doctor.
It took me long to change from this doctor because I was coming here for routine annual checkup most times. Only came here a few times for minor issues. I will never forget the turning point for me here.

I have known Dr. McDaniel for over 10 years and find her completely professional, kind and sympathetic. Two things I really like about Dr. McDaniel are her excellent listening skill and her broad and deep medical knowledge - far beyond gynecology. I always feel heard when I talk to Dr. McDaniel - I don't have to repeat myself or clarify. Her knowledge is encyclopedic and she's able to answer questions and point me in the right direction if I need additional information. Really, she's the BEST!

Dr McDaniel is a doctor I trust, she makes sure you understand what is going on with the questions you ask her. Also her geniune concern for your health comes across very strong, because of her keeping up with all that goes on in the medical field. I feel very at ease dicussing any and everything to her about my concerns.

I made a first patient appointment. First of all, they only take cash? What? ok, fine. I explained on the phone that I would be bringing my husbands ID card as I was just added to the insurance. I work I. Healthcare and asked them if they would like the information to verify. They said no, just bring it in. I did. When I arrived they informed me that they needed to verify, ect - and that I had to call them. No cell reception in the building. Incredibly rude and just nasty service.
I'm not surprised they have such crummy reviews. There's a million doctors

I received a call from the person in the billing team. The gentleman was really calm, pleasant and ask me to forget their mistake. Even tho I won’t be coming back as a patient to this clinic I gladly appreciate the fact the someone took the time to call me about my concern.

Every time I come here the wait gets longer and longer. Today? 45 minutes and counting. They also use this ridiculous electronic system for all means of correspondence. Which means that I did not find out I had an adverse lab result until 8 months after it was taken. It seems like if you have adverse information the doctor should make a point to provide a letter. Absurd.

Dr McDaniel has great reviews and high stars on ZocDoc but unfortunately my experience was nothing like the reviews. Front desk staff members are rude, not friendly, unprofessional. I was placed on long holds, when front desk women answered and spoke to me on the phone it was with major attitude. I had questions in regards to my visit and insurance that were left unanswered, half answered or ignored. Front desk is the first and last impression patients get from a doctors office. This experience was unpleasant and not recommended to others.

I was almost afraid to go here based on these reviews but I did not have a problem. I checked myself in at their kiosk, filled out some papers, and paid my copay. Please keep in mind that they require a credit card on file. There was about a 30 minute wait until I was seen. They have an online portal to see all your records and they provide free wi-fi. The assistant asked many questions to understand my medical history. The doctor is really nice and informative. She addressed my concern and I have no complaints.

The only good thing about this office is the late hours offered. But be prepared to wait because 4 or 5 other people will have the same appointment time as you to see the one doctor in this practice.
They will request a credit card on file to Bill out any disputes with your insurance immediately without working through them. This assumes that they are billing the correct insurance in the first place.
The doctor manages to make it through the hassle of speaking with you in time to rush through any procedure or test you may need. And ladies this will hurt more than usual.
