BDR Automotive offers free digital inspections for your car, and is one of the very few locations in all of New England to be able to provide this service. Digital inspections are ones performed by technicians using a tablet device to record the results. This stores the recommendations and actions digitally, unlike paper inspections where clipboards can go missing, papers end up in an unorganized pile, and information gets lost.

The frame on my FJ Cruiser was severely rotted. BDR fixed it quickly and correctly. They provided a detailed estimate with photos of what needed to be fixed. The communication and professionalism was top notch. I will bring my other old 4x4 to them in the future. I am confident that the work was done right and that they stand behind it. Had a Ironman4x4 Stage 2 Lift Kit installed on my 2021 4Runner at BDR. I did a lot of research to find a reputable off road oriented shop in MA and BDR was what I settled on. From the start, they were very responsive and helpful on text. Ironman sent me the wrong rear shocks and I did not realize until BDR informed me. As I waited for the right shocks to come in, they let me keep my car there for two weeks without additional cost and were very responsive and helpful in ensuring my car would be taken care of. The lady who works the front desk and the phone is an absolute sweetheart and was so nice

I called weeks before to book an appointment, well when I showed up I was told they were not sure when my vehicle would be done, when I was told 2 hours. Not to mention, they give you a beat to hell loaner car, which was filthy. The loaner car felt like it was going to fly off the road at anytime, making all these noises, scratched and dinged BAD. I was also told my install would take an hour to two hours, I then was notified that it changed to 4-5 hours all of a sudden. Place is a joke, do NOT go here. They are fantastic! Very responsive, quality repairs, reasonable pricing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We just had a 'check engine' light come on as we started a trip to Maine. We called and asked if they could do a quick check. 10 minutes after we drove up they had checked the engine , made a quick repair and sent us on our way. Just ONE example of their incredible customer-responsiveness!

I called BDR Automotive because I was having some issues with my transmission, and was hoping to get in there. I spoke on the phone with a rep who told me they don't specialize in that type of work, but recommended me a place that does. Since I had him on the phone I spoke with him about another issue with another car, that again, they didn't feel like they were the best fit to do.
I appreciate greatly the honesty over getting the $$ out of me, and would absolutely consider them for future work for this reason alone.

Brian and his team are super awesome. We went there for a simple oil change and they were fast, efficient and attentive. We say attentive because even though we just did an oil change, they followed up with us a few days later to see if everything was alright and make sure we were satisfied with their service. Their pricing is also great compared to other oil change services in the area. We definitely will come back for their great service.

Finding a mechanic I can trust is very important to me and I'm so glad I've found that at BDR. I shop around with almost everything and once I find a place that is fair, affordable and trustworthy I stick with them; that's what you'll find there. I'm so happy with their customer service and patience with explaining fixes to me that I won't go anywhere else!
Update: my 2005 Honda Civic was getting old and running into a lot of mechanical issues, so now I've been there a lot and they really helped by providing a free loaner car so I'm not stuck at the shop

I brought my car to Brian and his team and they did an amazing job. Not only did they fix what I brought it there for, I told them about a few other things happening with the car and they took the time to go through it figure them out which a number of other shops could find. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and very accommodating, the rates were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend BDR and even thought I am a distance from the shop it is worth the ride to have my car fixed by this shop.

I took my '13 JK Wrangler to Brian for a leveling kit and new shocks. Brian and the other tech (I believe name is Ben) did excellent work and are easy to deal with, friendly and professional. Brian also quoted me a fair price. I will be going here for future off road needs and recommending them to anyone else I know.
