The property manager is lazy, takes weeks to depoat checks that are give to him. He would hold on to checks i have given him for 3 months and then deposited them all at once and over drafted me account. They ha e a lot of rats running around the property, in the summer i had my back door open and had rats run in to my apartment. I had to get rid of them myself because the property manager couldn't do nothing till Monday, this happened friday evening.

There's a wrong review saying the manager is lazy. 100% wrong. The manager is actually very nice, and does help out as much as he can. The apartments are nice and the area is right next to great schools, plus there are a lot of stores and restaurants close by. The water does get shut off for repairs, but the reason is because the building is old and there are no other ways to repair plumbing issues. The only negative review online about this place is from someone who mentioned they were getting evicted lol. They must have been upset at their personal situation because I think this place is pretty
