Disappointed to say the least. Got multiple blood tests done, worried about our senior dog and it’s been months and still haven’t heard back. When we called to check status weeks later- still didn’t have the answers. No word back and my family is out hundreds of dollars. Sad that this is what true loving care for your animals looks like. No offer of a refund even. And again- still NO results.
