Our Chef Kevin Pinti is a 1986 graduate of the New York Culinary Institute. Chef Pinti began his career in Las Vegas before serving as the Executive Chef at The Lighthouse Inn for 20 year in Solomons, Maryland. He is excited to give a spin on food that every Mountaineer fan will enjoy! Our restaurant is available for private events, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more.
