Although I was not eligible for a policy here I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The agent I spoke to took the time to tell me exactly why I was not eligible in detail and explained to me that I was always able to come back and reapply for another quote. As someone who has a few tickets on my record he explained that I should just wait out the time period and could be eligible again. I appreciated that he took the time to help, most insurance companies will just tell you no and turn their backs. I will definitely be back for another try with State Farm.

Joe Debose's State Farm office have great customer service and amazing work ethic. The specialist who assists me regularly with my renter's insurance is Ana Cardenas. She is also so attentive, responding to e-mails within the work day, and usually within an hour. She always quickly helps me in resolving any issue (ex. updated policy, change in interested party, etc.) I unfortunately had to cancel my insurance with them, as I am moving into a new apartment with my boyfriend, and we will use his insurance, as it is bundled with his car insurance under a different insurance company. I've been a loyal customer of Mr. DeBose for years. The level of professionalism and end-to-end customer service is exceptional. Each employee goes above and beyond their role. I have been with Joe DeBose since 1984 when he first opened the agency. The customer service, attention to detail and knowledge about customer needs is FIVE STAR and above. The agency has grown but the one on one feeling is still the same. The entire staff is on one page and always excited to take care of your needs. I am in the process of moving from Phoenix, Arizona to Atlanta Georgia and I am trying to transfer all of my insurance. My fiancee visited another State Farm office, Bryant Thompson, and the customer service was terrible, the rates were ridiculous, the experience was deplorable. I went online, plugged in our address and found Joe DeBose right up the street from us. I spoke to Anna and she was WONDERFUL!
