Taking a loved one home who will require 24x7 support, your life changes and you have to adjust to the new norm quickly. I love north texas best it’s the best company after using several companies for my uncle we finally came across this company and it was the best decision we ever made. Doctor referred Amina's company and she coordinated home health services for my mom and dad. She is the best. She made the whole process effortless. She is always there whenever we need something. This company is horrible.
1) I contacted the office and got the answering service. I asked to speak to a RN and called back several times and didn't get a hold of anyone from the agency until 2 days later! that is very scary.
Customer services rep hung up in my face and Im supposed to trust love one with them??
