Think Realty Real Estate Services was established in 2016 to support our large real estate investor network. We are part of a family of companies that provide a wide range of resources for real estate investors. We have grown to a full-service brokerage that works with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Think Realty Real Estate Services is different than other brokerage firms. Agents want to keep more of their commissions, and they also want training and broker support. Their only options have been either high cost, high commission split brokerages that offer some agent support, or flat fee brokerages with very limited support or agent benefits.
