I hardly ever leave reviews but feel like one is due here. We fought tooth and nail for a house listed by Eric’s team. Did all we could and they still kept asking for more, which very well could have been the seller’s doing. We understand that. But Eric’s agent simply stopped responding to our agent while we were mid-negotiation… TWICE. The sellers pulled us back into the fold after they’d turned our original offer down, only to negotiate all day then stop responding altogether. Just disgusted with them and the shadiness. Have some common courtesy and send a simply text saying “we went

This group is extremely friendly and very easy to work with. Found them through Zillow while searching for a home. Worked very closely with Max Nicholas and Courtney Allen throughout the process. Max was very thorough with questions on what I would like in a home(how many bedrooms, bath, etc.) and very detailed. Every home that we looked at fit the criteria of what we were looking for. Would highly recommend this team and Max Nicholas as an agent.

From the first call to the last this team has done everything in their power to get things done quickly and efficiently. When I gave them an impossible time line, they some how made it work and when I was only available at odd times in the day they got it done. Elaine was very flexible, understanding and extremely responsive as was the rest of the team. I have no complaints whatsoever ever and they made certain of that.
