If your home is 30 to 50 years old, there is every chance it was built using Polybutylene (Poly B). Unfortunately, unforeseen leaks and bursts have been taking place due to the failure of the molecular bonds in the Poly B. Some causes of this failure include sun exposure during construction and even chlorine.

Canyon Plumbing is awesome! For the first time in 10 months after taking possession of a new build that has been a terrible builder experience, the crew at Canyon put a smile on my face today. They went above and beyond to rectify deficiencies the builder refused to address.
The customer service is amazing.

We had canyon come out and install a gas line for our range in the kitchen and BBQ line on the back of the house. Well when they were here by their own workers admission they drilled through a line for the electrical outlet on the back of the house, this was in June. Its now September and after repeated calls and emails i am still waiting for them to come and correct their mistake.

The worst customer service! They installed a continuous hot water unit in our Hopewell home that has never worked properly! I asked for a new unit since we paid $4000 for this feature and they refused and have… replaced 3 parts in the unit over the last year. The 2 technicians that worked on the unit both told me the company would stand behind the product and always come and service the unit free of charge. Now our main bathroom has no water pressure. I called to book an appointment to have this looked at. Michelle was who I spoke with and she told me there would be a charge. I explained
