Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly
