Providing quality auto repair and service isn't our sole objective. We have a bigger purpose. Our own Fix It Forward Ministry helps the neediest people in our community with their transportation issues by providing free car repairs and giving away donated vehicles. Our Ministry utilizes volunteer labor, discounted parts, and charitable donations to cover the costs of repairs.
All work is done here at Fix It Forward Auto Care after hours and on weekends. As of 2021, we have donated over 300 vehicles and repaired over 650. Our name says it all! These posters hang here in our lobby area. Each tell the story of hope, empowerment and the positive impact our Fix It Forward Ministry has on the lives of the most needy in our community. These individuals are some of the many who have been uplifted by their mission and we will continue our commitment to God's great work here with the help of you our Fix It Forward Auto Care customer and the many incredible ministry volunteers.

Fix It Forward is our go to auto service provider. Their staff and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their waiting room is family friendly, and it truly feels like you are welcome to be there. Their mechanics do a great job. We are always kept informed on the general status of our vehicles, and they are straightforward with severity of issues and their rates. They don't overpush sales or repairs like other shops we have been to in the past. Safety is their no. 1 priority. I also love that they give back to our community through their non-profit organization. I highly recommend to anyone

I was told that my repair was much more than I expected, which I could be but I was not given any option of looking at what they were talking about also there was a man getting an oil change and a gal there getting quotes on a repair and they were both brought back to look at exactly what was going on. I would have been a first time customer and they knew that but never gave me a new customer discount that I overheard them giving to the man with an oil change. I felt kind of pushed to the side as if they did not even want to work on my vehicle. I do not usually voice an opinion but I was very bummed

I called them in the morning to see if they had any openings for an oil change that day (last minute, I know), and even though they were short-staffed due to the weather, they told me I could drop my vehicle off and they would squeeze me in. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was done within a couple of hours! Their communication was great regarding the inspection they did of my vehicle and they didn't try and "sell" me on things that were not needed. Their staff was super friendly and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Very nice people to work with. Gave honest assessments of the repairs needed and when more work than what was in original estimate was found to be needed the did not charge for additional labor only parts. This was very helpful for us especially in the rough times we are personally going through right now. Definitely recommend

Absolutely a wonderful experience with Fix it forward, my brakes needed to be done and they got me in right away! I feel so much safer to drive! I needed a vehicle to drive they had a loner for me which was wonderful! Everyone there is professional and on time! Thank you all so much!

I've used Fix It Forward for 2 different vehicles with both general repairs and major repairs. I appreciate their honesty and how upfront they are. They can be a little higher cost but I was happy with the quality of their work and their kindness and helpfulness. They aren't condescending when explaining things or answering questions. The communication on the progress of my repairs was very good. They completed the major repair ahead of the timeline. Very happy with the service.
