I've had my taxes prepared at many places as well as did my own for a few years until it got very complicated with stocks and multiple side businesses. Nguyen and the Keytax team made it extremely easy to work with as well as making sure you get the most return in your best interest!
The cost was very transparent, the entire staff was very patient and communicative, and let's be honest, tax law is a beast of its own and they were happy to answer anything I didn't understand.
Highly recommend Keytax to anyone looking for a new tax person!

Nguyen is always busy but she makes sure I receive the individual attention whenever I needed. She replied to my emails late at night several times. When she isn't sure about something (rarely), she readily admits it, does research and consults with other CPAs, then gets back to me with a definite answer quickly. Don't be mad at her if she's busy with another client when you arrive on time and you have to wait for a while. The first time I went to see her, I waited for half an hour past my appt time; the second time I was stuck in traffic and arrived forty minutes late.

I started coming here to Nguyen about 3 years ago. My mom had heard of her through a friend and spoke very highly of her. I came 3 years ago and haven't looked back. Nguyen really works hard to make sure she's getting the best refund for you. She's very sweet and shows that she cares and does a great job explaining everything that she's doing and has made doing my taxes pain free and actually enjoyable. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommended you come here to do your taxes and any other services that she provides!!

I did file taxes with them last two years but I did not ask them the itemized price they charge for my returns. This year I asked them to itemize the charges for the new quote they gave and they never respond. I asked them whether the quote they give is random and private for each client or there is some general guideline how they charge so that any of their customer can easily understand how they have been charged. I don't see transparency(fundamentals right) in the business. Apart from this fundamentals, rest filing experience was good. Nguyen spends sufficient time to explain the tax return

I found Nguyen's office two years ago on yelp. As I'm not an American and this was my first time doing my taxes, Nguyen was very patient and willing to answer any questions I had regarding my taxes and what allowances mean.
My wife and I have done our taxes with Nguyen since then and we could not be happier with the level of service. We appreciate the advice Nguyen gives us, as she is very knowledgeable.

Reflecting back on my first visit here, I can honestly say that nothings changed. It is my third year getting my taxes done by Nguyen and every visit has been nothing but pleasant. She is so informative when it comes to me needing clarification but also makes sure that I understand. Making an appointment was easy and the receptionists always seem friendly. I am very happy with the business that Nguyen gives out and will continue to go to her every year :-)

Nguyen is so nice, professional, & amazing! This was my first year going out and doing taxes on my own instead of going with a family member who usually answers all the questions. I've used other tax firm before and it is night and day difference. The level of service and professionalism from Nguyen gives me a whole new respect for woman ran businesses. It's very hard to maintain 5 stars on Yelp and the reason for that is in the level of detail Nguyen provides.
My files were complex and Nguyen invited me back in the office so she can explain the details, she spent extra time to calculate alternative filing before finalizing.
I was prepared to pay a premium but instead, I paid half what I used to pay at the old firm I used in Milpitas. I'm really happy

Great guys there, I have tried to work with several corporate tax accountants so far and found this company the most reliable and accurate. They have a small team of accountants and they work very hard all the time to help clients. While there were some issues down the road they have helped me a lot to understand corporate taxes better and were very quick to respond on all of my questions.

Then, I had the privilege to talk to Kent, Nguyen's partner and CPA there. Kent genuinely wants to help you and goes above and beyond. I had a last minute issue to do, Kent stayed past 10pm to get it done. Highly recommend using Keytax CPA!

My discovery of KeyTax was like serendipity. I had been searching for a new CPA for years. I searched yelp, called offices, and took friends' referrals, but i discovered KeyTax after leaving my physical therapist's office, which is in the same plaza.
Some people may think that only rich people have complicated tax filings, but even low and middle income people have complicated tax filings too. I had multiple sources of income last year with complicated dependents, and apparently my filing last year was incorrect. Nguyen was very thorough and served as a consultant for what i could itemize
