Life throws many surprises at us, and it is easy to feel overwhelmed and lost. You might feel like no one understand what you are going through and it is hard to talk about you are truly feeling with the people you know. On the outside others may think that everything appears to be okay with you but they have no idea what you are hiding on the inside.
With the daily difficulties life brings, it is easy to get into arguments and feel stuck in a pattern of attacking and defending each other and feeling distant from your partner. These counseling sessions are designed to help you get out of that pattern of conflict and misunderstanding and rebuild a deeper connection.
I am from Mexico City and have been in the states for the past 15 years. I love both my Hispanic and American cultures, and of course, I am fluent in English and Spanish. I obtained my bachelors in Psychology at the University of Houston and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and the University of Houston -Clear Lake.
