Since 2011 Compass Counseling Services, LLC (CCS) has provided mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in the Central Florida community. Our holistic approach strives to address our clients' mental health needs and helping them reach their full potential. Clients range from age 5 years through older adulthood and represent a wide range of diagnoses.
Services offered include counseling, group therapy, medication management, and psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) provided by our dedicated team of psychotherapists and psychiatric medical providers. Horrible Experience
I had an appoitment for today with Dr. Gaztambide, yesterday received a call from the office to confirm appoitment and never was mentioned that a link will be provided to connect via camera with the doctor. Appoitment was for 4pm and 4:12 no call, i contacted the office and spoke with “Blanca” the sent me the link via text message and then waited a whole hour connected on a waiting room online, i was able to see the doctor connected and showing as available, no respond at all, called back the office and no respond, very frustrating and disappointing..... I do not recommend

It's imposible to be able to speak to someone in this office. The phone has been ringing for 37 minutes now and the recording say all representative are busy please hold while we try to connect you. I have tried every extension possible. This is ridiculous. I am only calling because my son's doctor is now in this office, but no one picks up the phone. So unprofessional and it has nothing to do with my son's doctor.

My son has been seen in this office since we moved from New Jersey a year ago, the staff is great especially Casey and Dr. Barreto they go beyond they are the best for kids! But I have one issue and I’m one that don’t like to complain but this appointment was very important, so my son could see the Psychiatrist doctor. For example: me as my son being the patient we go to the appointment to see the doctor, we always have to wait more 30 minutes maybe longer and I don’t mind at all. But my son had an appointment at 4:45pm and he went in at 4:50pm and the front desk rescheduled my son because

After several conseling sessions with Casey. She asked how was everything with my son. I told her We noticed that we need to change the
