Venlo was a great place to live the past 3 years. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is timely, and the apartments are beautiful inside. There are occasional events at the office you can attend if you're looking to meet other residents (not since covid 🙃), and complaints are addressed seriously.
The lease is straightforward. The conditions are very clear. No legalese to confuse you. Very easy to abide by the rules.

Rent appeared to be $517 per month but was set up in installments which was not explained to me. "Rent" ended up being closer to $650 per month without utilities. That should be illegal to advertise $517 "rent" and I pay $700 per month after untilites and there are 4 people that live there. There's no way this place should cost $2,800 per month, there are many hiden fees and then I was double charged rent for a month and the office showed not concern or rush to get my money back even though they over charged my account and costed me money and offered no solution. They take a year to fix anything
